Cremation costs rise regularly with inflation. Use this form to begin the process of pre-paying, and protect against rising costs in the future. Completing this important step guarantees that when you eventually require the service, no additional costs will be incurred by your family or estate, regardless of what the prices are at that time.

Upon completion of the form below, a cemetery services contract will be emailed to you or to the funeral home of your choice for signatures.
Payment may be made by submitting the contract with a cheque to the cemetery office, or emailing the signed contract back and providing credit card details over the phone.

After submitting your information, a Cemetery Contract will be generated and sent to the email address provided within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday. If the contract is required more urgently, please call me at 905 505 0386 to verify that possibility.

*IMPORTANT:*

Submitting this webform only initiates the cremation prepayment process; it does not complete it. Once a contract is signed, returned, and paid in full, a final receipt and documentation will be mailed by the Cemetery Office to the Purchaser, to conclude the pre-payment process.
